Support and Food Redistribution

Extreem Kwizeen has committed itself to several community based development and training projects. Several charities are supported on a continuous basis to assist in their worthy causes. Food is donated to charities and distributed to disadvantaged communities through a network of Churches and Distribution Organisations.

Training

Extreem Kwizeen also offers a Fully Sponsored In-House apprenticeship for a suitable candidate that will equip him or her with the necessary skills in order to advance in a career of the Culinary Arts. The student undergoes a 3 year training program with the South African Chefs Academy and works at Extreem Kwizeen on a full time basis to gain the necessary practical experience.

Extreem also provides mentorship to various individuals and through organisations like Bushcooks served and advised young entrants in the industry.

Several Cookery Schools are involved in the execution of our larger events, providing students with hands on industry experience, whilst being in a protective and monitored environment. Time spent with Extreem Kwizeen counts towards their annual industry work hour requirements to enable students to obtain their final qualification to enter the challenging culinary industry.
